The WebOffice Desktop Assistant keeps you on top of your day. You get automatic pop up reminders of your appointments, events, tasks, and activities, giving you time to prepare and get organized.

The Desktop Assistant works just like the reminder features found in Microsoft Outlook^®. When your meeting or event gets close to the scheduled time, you’ll receive a small pop up reminder on your desktop. You can choose to open the item to get details, snooze to be reminded later, or you can dismiss the item entirely. You don’t even have to be logged in to your WebOffice or have a browser open! Staying on schedule has never been easier!
