Drag and Drop File Transfer with Web Folders
Uploading and managing multiple files is simple with Web Folders. Drag and drop documents and organize files quickly and easily, just like on your computer. Web Folders allows you to access your files directly on the web - without logging in to your WebOffice.

Document Check in / Check Out
Simplify content management and version control when editing or updating files. Files are checked out by a user and locked while editing. Files are then unlocked again, when checked back in, ensuring the latest version is always available in your WebOffice

Secure Permissions
Access to your information is controlled by secure permissions that are set for each individual document. You designate who can access documents and data, allowing you to maintain control over sensitive information.

Integrated Search
Quickly find documents and files by title and keyword. Using Advanced Search, sort by creation date, author, file size, or file type (e.g., *.pdf) or by wildcarded file name for fast access.
